An evening with Jeff Potter is for anyone who wants to know why we cook the way we do.
Prospects Restaurant is the University of Ballarat’s award-winning hospitality services training restaurant. Prospects was the winner of the Award for Excellence in Training from the Victorian Restaurant and Caterers Association in 2009 and a finalist in 2010. If you’ve never had the privilege of dining at Prospects before, this is your chance!
